Our Commitment
At Rishikesh Gateway, we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy that balances the needs of our travelers with the commitments we make to our local partners and guides.
Early Cancellation
30+ Days Before Departure
Full refund minus a small processing fee (5% of booking amount).
Moderate Cancellation
15-29 Days Before Departure
50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
Late Cancellation
7-14 Days Before Departure
25% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.
Last Minute
Less Than 7 Days Before Departure
No refund will be applicable for cancellations within 7 days.
Terms & Conditions
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@rishikeshgateway.com from your registered email address.
Non-refundable deposits (if any) will not be returned regardless of the timing of cancellation.
In case of tour cancellation by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), a full refund will be issued.
